Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

You can order directly from our online website or on your smartphone. If you have any question, you can ask our Live Chat group. We will solve your question as soon as possible.

You can proceed as follows:

1. Select the item of your choice, click “add to cart” to order

2. Now click on “cart” at the top right of our website

3. You will now see your chosen product in the shopping cart with the most important information such as product name, price, and the number of products. On the right side you will see a price overview of how much the order will end up costing you.

4. Click on the “Go to Checkout” button to continue.

5. Now select the desired delivery address, shipping method and payment method.

6. You must confirm next that you have read the terms and conditions and that you agree with the Terms and Conditions and accept them by ticking the appropriate box. You can not place an order without your consent.

7. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail that we have received your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop as a guest in Jsunze.com without registering for an account. However, registering for a account offers you some advantages, such as:

– Simplified ordering process
– Overview of your orders
– Management of your delivery and billing address

To sign in to your account, please click on “Login” at the top right of our website. Then enter your user name (your e-mail address) and your password.

If you do not have a Jsunze account and you would like to sign up, your account will be opened in a few easy steps:

1. First, click “Login” in the top right corner of our website

2. Then you will see a “Register”mask on the page

3. Click on the button “Register”

4. Next, enter your personal information in all mandatory fields with the *

5. Now you have to agree to the privacy policy by checking the box provided. Without your consent you can not open an account.

6. Next you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your specified given e-mail address and your account password.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

You can contact us by click “chat with us” on the right button side of website page. Our support team will be there for your questions. Alternatively, you can go “Get in Touch” page, there are various way to reach us.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can use your phone to browser our website and directly place an order.

However, we do not accept your place order via online chat, email or phone call.

How Can I Return a Product?

You can chat online with us, and our service team will solve your product and provide you return steps.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Yes, you can always cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order is unpaid, you can cancel directly by yourself. Just find your unpaid order in My Orders and click “Cancel Order” button. The unpaid order will then be cancelled directly.

If you’ve piad your order, please email us through our online form to reach our Support Department and describe the reason for your cancellation.

Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Then please follow our return policy, thank you for your understandings.

How can I track my package?

You can simply click “Order Tracking” on the page foot to check your order status.

Is there a limit or a minimum to how much I can buy?

Absolutely, no limit. You can order as much as you like – any number of items at any price at any time.

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order information in My Account. Sign into My Account and click ORDERS. The order status would be displayed here.

Payment Information

How can I pay if I do not have credit card?

We are sorry to hear that you have had an issue about payment method. If you don’t have a credit or debit card, we suggest you use PayPal to complete your payment because PayPal is very fast and it can ensure the safety of your money. If you have a PayPal account, please choose PayPal to complete your payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, please go to this link to register one first. Then you can pay with PayPal on our website. Here is the guidance:

2) Click the “sign up now”

3) On the next page, click “Create Individual Account”

4) Fill the detailed information and then click “sign up now”

Can I buy and pay in installment?

We are sorry but currently payment by installment is not available on our website. However, we currently have a big promotion on our products, so it is a great time to purchase whilst the prices are even more competitive! Enjoy the sale while it is on.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer Credit Card & Debit Card (Pay via PayPal for secure payment), PayPal and local payment methods. For detailed information on payment method, please check Payment Method. We are into adding more payment options later on for your convenience.

I failed to pay with paypal?

1. According to our experience, PayPal may have the transaction limit. Please check that with PayPal.

2. According to PayPal rules, the shipping address and the billing address need to be in the same country, otherwise the payment will not be allowed.

If so, please fill in the shipping address the same as the billing address when you place the order and send an email to cs@jsunze.com to tell us the correct shipping address. We will change this for you.

3. If above is not working, we highly suggest you try with other payment methods or chat with us.

How can I pay if I do not have a PayPal account?

If you don’t have a Paypal account, surely you can use your credit/debit cards to complete your payment. Please be assured that we do not collect nor save your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions in our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for more information.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

We currently only support Cash on Delivery in Singapore,but we believe more countries will be added to the lists in the future.

My payment won't go through!

If you’re having some trouble with payment, we do have some tips that usually will work:

I failed to pay with my Credit or debit card?

1. Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.

2. Make sure you have enough credit or account balance.

3. Check whether your card Authorized or default online transaction limit is too low.

4. Try refreshing the page, or logging completely out and then logging back in.

5. Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.

6. If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank.

As default in all Credit Card banks, part of their security, they block international transactions/payment. Unless the card holder will request to unblock their secured method.

7. You can also pay through PayPal with your Credit or debit card as “a guest” it is very safe and easy.

8. Try using a different card.

9. Try using PayPal if you have a PayPal account.

General Questions

Where are you based and products sent from?

We are an international e-commerce company originally based in Singapore where our offices are located.

For the moment, we have warehouses located in the Singapore. Products will be sent from Singapore via logistic partner (ninjia van), more delivery partners will be available in future. We are still looking into launching more – so watch out for that!

How can I protect my privacy ?

Please be assured that this is a one-time check only and we will delete all the information from our system once your order is confirmed. We will not share nor sell any of your details to a third party.

How can I find the latest products on the site?

You can choose NEW IN to find the latest products. For other kinds of items, you can just sift the elements you prefer and the site will present you many choices.

Do you have real stores?

For the moment we operate solely as an e-Commerce fashion company online.

Simply place an order and we will deliver your orders directly to your home.

What does one-size mean?

It means that there is only one size available for the item, generally a medium size that fits the majority of customers.

Will you restock the items that are out of stock?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. If the item is “out of stock”, we suggest you to check the site within two weeks in case it restocks. Nevertheless, if it is not be restock in few weeks, it will be removed from our web.
